How Our Virtual Sales Process Works:

1. Schedule Your Appointment: Email to us and indicate your preferred method of communication: Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp audio/video, or a simple phone call. Our friendly team will contact you for an appointment. Please include your name and phone number in the communication.  Please note that product delivery or sales are applicable within Singapore only.

2. Personalized Sales Consultation: During your appointment, our representatives will discuss your specific needs, preferences, and size requirements.  We’ll refer to the product demonstration videos. We then will guide you with fitting specifications if necessary.

3. Place Order: After you’ve made your selection, we’ll process your order. We will deliver via courier or you can self-collect at our Eunos storage facility(by appointment only). All sales, services, deliveries and operations subjected to our terms and conditions.

4. Follow-Up and Support: After your purchase, we will follow up to ensure that your product meets your expectations and assist you with any further questions or adjustments.

• Please note that sales, delivery and any other sales-related services or referrals are applicable within Singapore only.

• Appointments are subject to availability. We will respond within 3 working days. All our products and services are subjected to our terms, conditions and disclaimer.

• 14-day replacement policy is applicable only for orthosis products. You can return the orthosis products (in same good condition) via courier or post to us at your cost. We can replace your product with a better fitting that you indicate. Additional delivery costs apply. 6-months warranty period.
